After 2 Episodes: Bring you up to date

Ok, so we've only had 2 episodes, yet we've had quite a bit going on. I think a quick summary to recap on what's happened would be quite useful, so that I can ease the confusion.

Episode 1:

Episode 1 really did start with a bang. We took advantage of have a busker amongst us, so that we could use it to introduce some of the characters. This also gave us an insight on who to worry about, and who's on the 'good side'. 'Dizzy' Izzy already was an outcast, and didn't really help herself by killing Brooke. We also were given an extra hint into how mad she really is when she gave herself up, but was unsure about why she did? Why wasn't she sure, and what was her motive to her actions?
The death of Brooke left the taste of blood on Izzy's hands, leaving Finn hungry for revenge. After being restrained by the others, he had lost his first chance at it. However, he couldn't stop being agitated by the sound of Izzy, and the knowledge of her existence. His good friend, and right-hand man Lucas had set himself the task of keeping Finn calm, but will he tame the beast long enough, before he preys on Izzy.
Being the leader; Elle has been controlling the pack, and is holding her ground regardless of what's been happening. However, she left us in a wide state of confusion, telling Lucas that she, alongside Finn, need his help to frame Izzy. Why does she need to do this, if Izzy already is hated for her murder?
A lot of questions from Episode 1, hopefully some will be cleared in the next Episode.

Episode 2:

Episode 2 was a very strange episode. It picked up from where Episode 1 left off, where Elle was 'persuading', but actually forcing, Charlie into framing Izzy. In case you wonder, Finn and Lucas 'helped' choose her to do it. Afterwards, we met extra members; Blake and Rick. Blake has a history with Elle, and Rick is to Blake, what Lucas is to Finn, a type of right-hand man.
In an attempt to get away from the chaos, and do some good for his their peers, Lucas takes Finn out to go 'shopping'. Soon afterwards, they return with a bag full of stolen phones. Feeling quite pleased with themselves, thy burst into Elle's private conversation with Rick and Blake. Lucas, feeling extremely happy and overwhelmed by how 'well' they'd done, was very much in Elle's face. This was met with a gentle left-handed slap firmly across his face. I think it's fair to say you could easily guess how Elle felt about the job they had just done.
Unfortunately, this was also met by something else, a visit from the Police. Elle was right. From hearing the news, the group all scatter around the abandoned care home to hide from them, bringing Episode 2 to an end.

What are our ambitions?

You've probably had your own guesses about what we want to do with ourselves at AcquiesceFilms, and to be fairly honest, you're most likely to be correct...

Here at AcquiesceFilms, we're just trying to showcase our love for drama/acting etc. This isn't like a job that we have to do, it's a passion that we want to do. We want to live our dreams! Ok, we are just kids, but that's not the point. If you found an opportunity to do something you loved, would you really care about the professional or technical side of things? No.

Anyway, we are sort of hoping that we get recognised. I mean, we do want to go somewhere with this, we all do. When are planning to use the work we put in here for things we do later. A showcase to say, "look, this is what we can do!" Besides, we are planning to use this as part of our work for Arts Award.

Arts Award?

I'm going to keep this brief because the technical side of things isn't entirely relevant or necessary right now. Arts Award is basically a chance for us to express ourselves and work on the talents that we have. It can be anything, from painting and designing, to singing and acting. That is actually the foundations that begun AcquiesceFilms. We realised how fun it was to be working on it, and felt after it finished a bit empty. It was a glorious ending, as we had a showcase for people to see what we've done, but it ended when we were feeling the hype. So yeah, AcquiesceFilms is a chance to continue in the momentum that was created when we worked for Arts Award.

What do I think will happen to AcquiesceFilms?

Now obviously we are being fairly ambitious when we hope to be recognised over the internet, as a small group on YouTube, but that doesn't matter,. We're driven by that ambition as it's a way of us saying that all this has a meaning, we have a solid reason to do what we are doing. Anyways, thought it could be a far cry, but if we do get noticed, we could be on an uphill climb to GREATNESS! I really hope that we keep the name AcquiesceFilms, because I've become very attached to it. I can't say what would happen to us if we do get noticed, but at least we'd be recognised by someone who cares.

The conclusion

So overall, we're basically hoping to use this is a springboard to get more professional, and be recognised. We aren't too fussed about it, but we really would love it. We don't just work in AcquiesceFilms, some of us. like myself work in a group called SicFlicks, who also started through Arts Award, but only work during Arts Award. We re a very passionate, ambitious and fairly crazy lot, but we love us for what we are and do, so we wouldn't change that at all.

What is AcquiesceFilms?

Who we are?

Hi guys. Welcome to AcquiesceFilms. We are an independent group who have begun a episodic series on YouTube called MadHouse! So far we have done episodes 1 and 2. It's basically a group of homeless children who have taken shelter in an abandon care home. However along the way, more stories begin to unfold, and madness ensues from the on.
In MadHouse the children have got a fairly good connection but you can tell that there is some friction between some people. This is mainly down to two people; Elle and 'Dizzy' Izzy. Elle is the leader of us all, primarily down to her being very threatening, aggressive and, well, loud! Izzy however, is quite the opposite. She has become an outcast, after she murdered a girl called Brooke, the sister of a boy called Finn. Ever since she did this, Finn has been outraged, and the others, mainly Lucas (ME), have had no choice but to stop him killing Izzy for it. After this, the whole atmosphere amongst the people becomes overwhelmed in anger, sorrow and simply evil.

This is the Title Sequence created for MadHouse, but after watching a few episodes, you'll probably get used to seeing this. Anyway, I'd absolutely love it for you guys to check out AcquiesceFilms as we've worked so hard on it, creating as much amazing content as possible. We're no professionals, but we are determined to be so in the future.

When you get onto YouTube, simply type in AcquiesceFilms. This will give you a selection of videos and sources, just click on the option that is captioned 'a small independent film company etc', and that will lead you to the channel.
 

Keeping you involved

Now at AcquiesceFilms, we like to keep you as involved in the series as possible. Therefore, we give you the chance to watch gag reels (bloopers) and some interviews with the characters.
